Magnifying Glass


In addition to your post regarding the question posed by the video, 
please do the following:
 -  Examine some of the marbles available in class.
-  Choose one that interests you the most.
-  Use your magnifying glass to create a detailed
drawing of your marble.
-  Photograph your drawing with the Ipad and upload it to the
picasa gallery titled Magnified Study

    Even 8th graders still get a huge kick out of using and playing with magnifying glasses so this is a great conversation to have in glass to talk about how the glass is different! Really liked your video!

    I really like the idea of using the magnifying glass to make a detailed drawing of the marble, then still incorporating technology with an iPad.
